Our newest addition for the 2008-09 season, Carolyn is a native St. Louisan who comes to us after teaching in New York, North Carolina, where she was an assistant coach at Campbell University, and outstate Missouri, where she was an assistant coach at Mizzou.
She went to both Mizzou and Virginia Tech on a full ride and graduated with degrees in nutrition and fitness. So if you were wondering who to bother about that sore place on your knee, Carolyn is the rookie on staff. (Carolyn, some advice: Just tell them to see their orthopedist . . .)
In high school at St. Joe, Carolyn was the state champion and cracked the list of the top 100 US juniors. Carolyn says she's thrilled to be here working at Frontenac!
