Our summer home:
Raised in St. Louis, Terry grew up competing in area events. He played college tennis at the University of San Diego, competed on the Pro Tour and achieved a world ranking in both singles and doubles in the early 1980s.
After returning to St. Louis in 1982, Terry was the Head Pro at Frontenac and the Tennis Director at Old Warson Country Club. He's also served on a variety of boards for the St. Louis District Tennis Association and the National USTA.
Appointed manager at Frontenac in 2006, Terry continues his heavy involvement in the area tennis scene. In summer he heads the Old Warson tennis program and organizes the Gateway Junior Novice Events. His highly successful summer Junior Camp has moved from John Burroughs School back to Frontenac.
Terry coaches tennis at John Burroughs School. He and his wife, Jeannie, have five children in high school, college and beyond; you can see sons Corley, Chris and Terry around the club working with our juniors.
